Bio-ontologies and their role in analyzing personal genome data

The aim of the tutorial is to introduce recent advances in using biomedical ontologies for data analysis, in particular for the interpretation of personal genome data and identifying causal variants underlying a phenotype or disease.

The beginning and end dates for each internship will be agreed upon between the Faculty and the Intern. Visa processing time will be a determining factor in actual start date. Minimum period is three months. Maximum period is six months.
