Assistant Professor Robert Hoehndorf awarded Center Partnership Fund


CBRC was awarded three Center Partnership Funds by the KAUST Office of Sponsored Research on April 1, 2018. The funds will be used to support the following research projects:

1. Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) for multiple choice ranking in cancer comorbidity (Collaboration with Temple University, USA and King Saud University, KSA)

2. Improvement of genetic variant prioritization technology in cancer (Collaboration with University of Cambridge and University of Birmingham, UK)

3. Data-driven natural product discovery for drug design (Collaboration with Universidad Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain)

Lead PI: Stefan Arold
